We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our company. Job Responsibilities

Join our supportive and experienced team. You will:

• Perform weekly cash checks
• Verify invoice accuracy based on auditing procedures
• Assist in management report preparation
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Aid in payroll processing, if necessary
• Maintain historical records
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Support the team with ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Mandarin fluency is advantageous
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or studying towards)
• Relevant bookkeeping or finance qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under competing deadlines and demands
• Capability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
