Job Responsibilities

• Create compelling and engaging graphics for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for internal needs; Organise oursourcing company for larger events
• Maintaining company digital assets through MS Sharepoint
• Design and produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional materials that effectively communicate our message and enhance brand awareness.
• Ensure that all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and adhere to our established style guidelines.
• Maintain Social Medial Accounts and update regularly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand project objectives, and deliver designs within specified timelines.

Requirements:

• Experience in photography and videography, with the ability to capture high-quality photos/videos at events.
• Proficient in photo/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro) to enhance visual content.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices for creating effective visual and multimedia content.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Able to converse fluently and produce material in Chinese is a bonus

This job is initially for a part-time / casual basis for 2-3 days per week. It would be suitable for current University students with a hobby in graphic design looking to part-time.
